The role:
GTD Defense & Security Solutions designs, develops, and integrates systems and products to secure and protect people, critical infrastructures, and territories. We create systems that support all kinds of peacekeeping and search & rescue operations, from HQ to personnel on the ground, including training and simulation tools.
We are looking for a Modeling Intern to join GTD Defense & Security Solutions, the company of GTD Group specialized in the design and development of large, complex and/or safety-critical applications. Position activities:
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of Engineers with a clear orientation towards the integration of systems at all levels: mechanical, electrical, electronic and at the software level; mainly land border surveillance systems and naval systems, both national and export markets and during the entire life cycle of the project, from the technical specification, design, production and verification and validation.
Your profile:
Degree in Mathematics/Physics, with a strong analytical foundation.
Basic knowledge of algorithms, optimization, and mathematical modeling.
Familiar with the software development lifecycle and eager to learn more.
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence concepts.
Some experience in programming with Python, C, C++, and Java.
Familiar with Linux and version control tools like GIT and SVN.
